1. Eligibility for Refunds
✅ Accepted Cases:

Damaged/Leaking Bottle (Must provide photo/video proof within 24 hours of delivery).

Wrong Product Shipped (Verified by our team).
❌ Non-Eligible Cases:

Change of mind or taste preference.

Opened or used oil bottles (for hygiene reasons).

Delays due to courier issues (contact us for reshipment).
2. Refund Process

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.
3️⃣ Refund Method:

Original Payment: Refunded via JazzCash/EasyPaisa/Bank within 3–5 business days.

COD Orders: Bank transfer required (share IBAN/account details).
3. Replacements

If stock is available, we’ll reship the correct product at no extra cost.

Replacement delivery time: 2–4 business days.
4. Conditions

Refunds exclude original shipping charges (unless the error was ours).

Fraudulent claims will be reported to authorities.
