Shipping Policy – Punjab Oil Traders

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship across all major cities in Pakistan, including:

  • Punjab: Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, etc.

  • Sindh: Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur

  • KPK: Peshawar, Abbottabad

  • Balochistan: Quetta (limited areas)

  • AJK & Gilgit-Baltistan: Case-by-case basis

Note: Remote villages may have longer delivery times or restrictions.

2. Delivery Time

  • Cities: 2–4 business days (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.)

  • Other Areas: 4–7 business days (subject to courier availability)

  • Delays may occur due to:

    • Public holidays

    • Weather conditions

    • Courier service disruptions

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₨1,500 (nationwide).

  • Standard Fee: ₨150–₨300 for orders below ₨1,500 (varies by location).

4. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you’ll receive an SMS/Email with a tracking number.

  • Track your order via:

    • Courier Partner’s Website (TCS, Leopards, etc.)

    • Our Order Status Page (link in confirmation email)

5. Packaging & Handling

  • All oils are securely packed in leak-proof, food-grade bottles.

  • Fragile stickers and cushioning used to prevent damage.

6. Undelivered/Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to wrong address/unavailable recipient, the order will be:

    • Held at the nearest courier office for 3 days.

    • Returned to us after 5 days (refund issued minus shipping costs).

7. International Shipping

❌ Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.
