Refund & Return Policy – Punjab Oil Traders

1. Eligibility for Refunds

✅ Accepted Cases:

  • Damaged/Leaking Bottle (Must provide photo/video proof within 24 hours of delivery).

  • Wrong Product Shipped (Verified by our team).

❌ Non-Eligible Cases:

  • Change of mind or taste preference.

  • Opened or used oil bottles (for hygiene reasons).

  • Delays due to courier issues (contact us for reshipment).


2. Refund Process

1️⃣ Report the Issue:

  • Email help@punjaboiltraders.pk with:

    • Order number

    • Photos/videos of the issue

    • Preferred resolution (refund/replacement)

2️⃣ Approval & Verification:

  • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

3️⃣ Refund Method:

  • Original Payment: Refunded via JazzCash/EasyPaisa/Bank within 3–5 business days.

  • COD Orders: Bank transfer required (share IBAN/account details).


3. Replacements

  • If stock is available, we’ll reship the correct product at no extra cost.

  • Replacement delivery time: 2–4 business days.


4. Conditions

  • Refunds exclude original shipping charges (unless the error was ours).

  • Fraudulent claims will be reported to authorities.
