  • Our oils are 100% natural, handmade, and traditionally crafted in Pakistan.

  • Customers must be 18+ or have parental consent to order.

  • We reserve the right to update product details/prices without notice.

2. Orders & Payments (Pakistan)

✅ Accepted Payment Methods:

  • JazzCash / EasyPaisa (Mobile Wallets)

  • Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, etc.)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/MasterCard via Stripe/2Checkout)

⚠ Currency: All prices are in PKR (₨) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Shipping & Delivery (Pakistan)

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (varies by location).

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₨1,500 (if applicable).

  • Areas Served: Nationwide (exclusions: remote regions).

4. Returns & Refunds

  • No returns for perishable oils (unless damaged/defective).

  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

  • Refunds processed via original payment method (5–7 business days).

5. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate shipping details (we’re not liable for wrong addresses).

  • No fraudulent transactions (unauthorized payments will be reported).

6. Liability & Disclaimers

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Allergies or misuse of oils.

    • Delays due to load-shedding, courier strikes, or natural disasters.

7. Governing Law (Pakistan)

  • These terms follow Pakistani law. Disputes will be resolved in Lahore courts.
